Clark brings over 30 years of technical engineering experience in the thick film industry to the company. His background includes the manufacturing of sophisticated multilayer substrates, etched fine line circuits for microwave frequencies and the use of photo-imaged dielectrics in miniature multilayer applications. Clark is also very experienced in substrate circuit layout and advanced process development, including processing of printed, etched and photo imaged materials on a variety of ceramics including aluminum oxides, aluminum nitride, glass and others.

Cheryle Steddom is a Certified Public Accountant and former Certified Business Valuation Analyst who has been working with small business for over 30 years. Her previous experience with methods planning, inventory and shop floor control provides her with a broad knowledge base and special insight when working with small businesses. Growing a business is her passion!

Wendy is the voice of the customer. She has been in the manufacturing industry for over 8 years. Wendy specializes in working closely with customers and thrives in helping them meet and exceed their needs. She is in the process of completing the requirements for APICS Certification in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM). She recently accepted the new position as Marketing Manager and is eager to promote our business.
Frank CarmonaManufacturing Supervisor
Frank came to CMS Circuit Solutions, Inc. in 2010 with over 20 years’ experience in the thick film industry. He began his career as a printer and etcher of thick film substrates. His hands on experience, along with his experience of material handling, production control, shipping and receiving, provides him with an excellent understanding of production flow. He continues to serve us well as production supervisor and looks forward to a growing business.

Ashly Rodriguez has been with our company since 2013. She has proven herself from entry level to our current Supply Chain Coordinator. Ashly is responsible for keeping the production flow moving. She has partnered with our vendors and suppliers to achieve mutual success. She continues to take courses through APICS to become Certified in Production & Inventory Management.

Phillip M. Spiegler
Phil brings over 30 years of experience in engineering thick film in Hybrids and Multi-Chip-Modules in the Space, Medical, Military, Industrial and Commercial industries. His background includes Design, CAD, Test, Process, Project as well as Engineering and Operational Management on sophisticated thick film circuits. Phil’s work includes Aerospace, Avionics, Photonics, Memory Modules, Implantable Medical Devices, Power Management all using various substrate types including Al2O3, AlN, BeO. As an Engineer on Hybrids and MCMs, Phil understands how the thick film substrate can best be designed and built to maximize the next level assembly degree of success.
Stephen KumamotoManufacturing Engineer
We would like to welcome Stephen Kumamoto to our team. Stephen recently graduated from Cal State
Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is the newest member to our team as
our Manufacturing Engineer. He will be working closely with production to insure quality products.
Lindsey HopwoodQuality Manager
Lindsey is a new addition to the CMS team joining in 2019 as Quality Manager. Lindsey graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and has lead a variety of research projects in the field of optical emission spectroscopy, plasma technology and astrophysics. She has several years of manufacturing experience working as an application engineer in control automation and process control instrumentation but is now looking forward to utilizing her technical knowledge and experience in the thick film industry. Lindsey is a certified ISO 13485 internal auditor and an active member of the American Society of Quality (ASQ.) She is excited to continue her education and pursue her Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Certification with ASQ.
Nelson PisciottiTechnical Sales
Nelson is responsible for all new sales at the national and international levels. He graduated from California Baptist University in Riverside, California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Operations and brings eight years of experience with a proven track record of success in the technical manufacturing field, which is invaluable in exceeding our customers’ requirements. Nelson will drive expansion into new markets through the leveraging of current long-term relationships and strategic approaches to new customers. His philosophy is to generously support customers from the initial stages of development to production and beyond.
